• Home100 Door Process: A meticulous process involving lofting, assembly, descaling, grinding, sandblasting, zinc spraying, door adjustment, painting, filling, fauxing, and final face painting
• Door Frame Construction: Frames are squared and leveled, with luxurious ball bearings hinges welded on for smooth operation
• Energy Efficiency: Doors are sealed with weather stripping and injected with polyurethane foam for insulation and draft prevention
• Welding Technique: Most welding is done from the inside to preserve the smooth finish
