The CNC laser cutting process allows our designers the freedom to fully integrate the grille design into vehicle body lines while providing an extra dimension to the face of the grille for a truly custom appearance. Made from 6061 alloy sheet aluminum and finished in either a black powder coated finish, or hand polished to a show car shine, T-REX laser billet series grilles are fixture assembled and hand TIG welded to ensure an unparalleled in fit and finish every time.
