- The reactor body and the cover are made of high quality stainless steel. The kettle body is connected with the flange through the thread. The cover is a flat plate. The two are tightly connected by the main bolts and nuts.
- The main sealing port of the autoclave adopat a gasket or a line contact of a tapered or circulator surface. By tightening the main nut, they are pressed against each other to achieve a good sealing effect.When tightening the nut, the angle must be symmetrical several times and tightened gradually.
- The temperature of external heating is recommended not to exceed 350℃, the heating rate is ≤ 5℃/min, the temperature can be controlled by PID temperature control system, the cooling rate is ≤5℃/min. The safety pressure is 22 MPa.
- Tighten the screws symmetrically after feeding.When the reaction is completed, the kettle body is naturally cooled to room temperature,and then open the cover. Do not fill more than 80% in the kettle.
- It is suitable for flammable, explosive, high toxic, precious media and chemical media of strong penetration to stir. It is the best no-leak response for petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, polymer, food and other other process vulcanize ,fluorate, oxidize.
