This fuel injector cleaning tool is designed for on-vehicle maintenance of petrol and diesel engines. It includes a variety of adapters compatible with most vehicles from Europe, Asia, and the USA, enabling non-invasive cleaning of fuel injectors, throttle bodies, and the combustion chamber system without disassembly. The unit supports multiple functions, including fuel system cleaning, TWC and intake manifold flushing, and throttle body cleaning. It operates under low pressure and is suitable for use with various engine types, including carburetor systems, electronic fuel injection systems (with and without fuel return pipes), TWC, intake manifolds, throttle bodies, and exhaust pipes.Use with standard engine carbon deposit cleaner or injector cleaning agents.Operating procedure for TWC and intake manifold flushing: Fill the TWC detergent into the bottle.Open the ball valve and air pressure regulating valve to zero air pressure.Connect the TWC flushing kit to the output pipe of the unit.Disconnect the intake vacuum pipe near the throttle and insert the TWC flushing nozzle into it.Start the engine and slowly open the ball valve to allow the detergent to enter the engine vacuum pipe gradually.Maintain engine speed at approximately 1000 rpm.Every 3 to 5 minutes, press the accelerator to raise engine speed to 2000–3000 rpm and hold for 30 seconds before returning to idle.Continue this cycle until the detergent is fully consumed, then stop the engine and reconnect the vacuum pipe.Restart the engine and let it idle for 5 to 10 minutes to expel residual detergent.Operating procedure for throttle body cleaning: Fill the throttle body detergent into the bottle and close the ball valve on the fuel outlet pipe.Open the ball valve on the air inlet port and connect to a compressed air source.Adjust air pressure to approximately 0.5 MPa (5 kgf/cm²), then close the air inlet ball valve.Attach the spray nozzle kit to the fuel outlet port of the unit.Remove the pipe located before the throttle body.Insert the spray nozzle into the throttle body and start the engine.Open the fuel outlet ball valve.Maintain engine speed at around 1000 rpm.Every 3 to 5 minutes, press the accelerator to increase engine speed to 2000–3000 rpm and hold for 30 seconds, then return to idle.Repeat until all detergent is used.Reconnect the removed pipe and perform throttle initialization.EFI system cleaning procedure: Locate the fuel return hose, disconnect it, and seal it using the appropriate adapter.Identify the fuel inlet hose, disconnect it, and connect it to the outlet hose of the cleaning unit using the correct adapter.Connect the outlet and return hoses to the fuel tank and open the fuel cap.If no return hose is present, remove the fuel pump fuse to prevent the pump from operating.Add the cleaning fluid into the cleaner’s tank.Connect a compressed air source to the air inlet and adjust pressure to 40–50 PSI.Inspect all connections to no leaks are present.Start the engine to begin cleaning the fuel system.Specifications: Pressure range: 0–140 PSI Weight: 2.0 kg Tank capacity: 0.8 liters Compatible with petrol and diesel cars and light trucks across USA, EU, and Asian markets.Package includes: 1 x Fuel Injector Cleaner 1 x Adapter Kit 1 x Carrying Case Cleaning fluid not included.
