Our REI 60 fire doors are engineered to withstand fire, maintaining the look of regular internal doors. Upon detecting a fire, the door automatically closes to hinder the spread of flames.

• Doors: Crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel, press-folded, spot-welded, and reinforced. Insulated with treated mineral wool, featuring internal plates for door closers and handles
• Frame: Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with seats for gaskets. Suitable for wall mounting with brackets or dowels. Includes removable floor strip, plastic strikers, and heat-expanding gaskets
• Hinges: Two three-wing hinges per door leaf. One load-bearing with vertical adjustment, CE marked, rated up to 160 kg and 200,000 cycles. One with self-closing spring
• Safety Rostra: Two applied on the hinge side for added security
• Lock: Reversible with latch and deadbolt, CE marked to EN 12209. Includes patent key insert and European cylinder predisposition
• Panic Handle: Horizontal anodized aluminum bar for lock operation
• Identification Plate: Metallic with door data, compliant with regulations
• Finish: Painted with thermoset epoxy-polyester powders at 180°, providing a scratch-resistant surface
