The Screw-Bolt+ anchor is a heavy-duty, one-piece screw anchor with a finished hex head or flat (countersunk) head. It is easy to install, easy to identify and fully removable. The patented thread design, designed for use with standard ANSI drill bits, reduces installation torque and improves productivity. Steel threads along the anchor body enter the hole during installation to provide a keyed engagement and allow for reduced edge distances and spacing. Screw+ is available as bright galvanized or mechanically galvanized. Suitable base materials include normal weight concrete.
