To fit the laptop, place front edge along the 2 front brackets, and turn the grey knobs until side brackets grip the sides of the laptop. Then rotate rear bracket arms to clamp laptop in place. Rubber grip pads beneath the fan unit prevent sliding. This fan case has plenty of space to store and route USB cable from the fan unit into laptops. A flexible hinge allows for tilting and 360-degree rotation of the laptop. Arm positions are easily adjusted via the included Allen keys. Rated for 7 – 15-inch laptops from 4.4 - 15.4 lbs.
