Burgers' Smokehouse Sliced and Sealed Country Ham (8-9 lbs)

Now you can enjoy our traditional Country Ham a little at a time for a long time. Your uncooked ham will be sliced and vacuum sealed in convenient packages. Choose between a whole or half ham. For the whole ham, center slices will contain two slices per package. As for the half ham, we cut and slice the whole ham into two halves and then alternate slices from each half to leave you with a true half ham. Half ham center slices are packaged one slice per package and end slices will be packaged with 3 or more slices per package. Must be kept refrigerated after arrival. Aged 4 to 6 months. Each ham has been cured with salt, brown sugar, and black pepper.
